Alliance Tower Defense is a Roblox tower defense game from MrUpTime’s Games. You load a lobby, queue a match, place units on a path, survive waves, collect coins, and spend those coins to summon stronger units for the next run. This page is the first-hour version of that loop. It does not assume you already know Auto Skip, and it does not borrow crate rates from other toilet-themed games.

Press Play on the official game page. Servers hold up to 35 players, but you can also start a 1-player match, which is what the beginner farm method uses. Wait for the lobby to settle before you mash buttons.

What the lobby is for

The lobby is not the battlefield. It is where you:

• Summon units with coins.
• Equip the squad you will take into a match.
• Open the update log (showcase footage shows a dedicated log UI).

• Pick a map and mode. City on Easy is the documented starter farm.

Coins, matches, and why you should not summon in a panic

Coins come from playing. Stronger clears usually pay more, but even a messy Easy run still pays something. Promo codes can add a burst when they exist; the Codes Hub is empty until a string is verified, so do not stall in the lobby waiting for a gift that is not there.

A practical first hour:

1. Ignore the summon altar until you have completed at least one Easy City clear.
2. Learn what “place then max” means on Cameraman. That single habit is the difference between leaking wave one and finishing the mode.
3. Only then spend coins, using the Summoning budget rules.

Units you will actually hear named

Public, verified names from Alliance Tower Defense footage — not from a different wiki — include:

• Cameraman — starter-friendly. A documented beginner method clears 1-player Easy City with this unit alone if you max it.
• Large Scientist — called overpowered for early-game DPS in a feature showcase. Treat that as a snapshot; patches can cool it off.
• TV Titan — a summon target players chase; the same showcase uses TV Titans against a toilet army on later waves.

A showcase recorded when the game was still young counted eleven units and four maps and modes. That count will drift. Use the Tier List as a living ranking, not as a museum plaque.

Your first match, step by step

1. Open the mode picker and choose 1-player, Easy, City if those options are present. If the labels moved, pick the easiest solo layout that looks like an urban path.
2. Place Cameraman where the lane funnels. Do not spray extra copies until the first one is upgraded.
3. Spend match cash to max that Cameraman. In-match upgrades are part of this game; lobby rarity is not a substitute for levels on the field.
4. Turn on Auto Skip only after placement is stable. One beginner video waits to enable it; a later video from the same creator uses it immediately after maxing. If skip dumps you into a wave you cannot cover, toggle it off.
5. Watch the boss and the late “toilet army” style pressure. If you leak, replace greed with another upgrade on the unit that is already attacking.
6. Return to the lobby, take the coins, and decide whether to summon or to run the loop again. The Easy City walkthrough is the slow-motion version of this paragraph.

Team slots after the first summons

When a new unit lands, open the team panel and fill empty slots before you chase duplicates. A Large Scientist that is actually in your inventory should enter the lineup for Easy farm if the showcase’s early-DPS claim still holds on your patch. TV Titan belongs on the field when you have it; do not bench it for a pile of unmaxed commons.

Role language (front damage, support, economy) is expanded on Units & Roles and Team Builds. Do not rebuild the entire squad after every pull.

Events, passes, and the title bar

The Roblox experience name sometimes includes a timed 2x coin window. That is not a typed code. Play during the window if you can; it accelerates the same Easy City loop.
