If you are still learning the Easy City loop, finish the Easy City walkthrough before investing coins in new units. The documented beginner method still clears 1-player Easy City with an ordinary Cameraman. New units are altar candidates after you have a coin reserve and understand place-then-max.

Update 2 (early September 2026) introduced the Camera Scientist Crew as a themed unit trio:

• Scientist Camera Man - early DPS role
• Large Scientist Camera Man - heavier early pressure
• Engineer Camera Man - utility or support positioning

How to get Large Scientist Camera Man

Coins from matches, then the lobby altar. No verified promo code grants this unit. The Codes Hub lists active strings such as BIG (555 coins). x2 LUCK! may affect roll quality but does not spawn units on command. Luck pass.

How to play it

1. City test first. Place it as the sole spender in 1-player Easy City.
2. If it holds, it can become the primary carry or a second pad.
3. Max one body before adding second copies.
4. Auto Skip waits until upgrades are paid.

Where it fits in the tier list

Large Scientist Camera Man occupies the heavier early pressure slot, similar to how Large Scientist functions as a strong early DPS option. The tier list framework asks: can it be maxed this match? Does it hold a funnel? Does footage call out a job?

If Large Scientist and Large Scientist Camera Man both landed in your inventory, test them separately on Easy City. The one that holds the funnel better gets the max slot. The other waits until you can afford to max both, or until a future pull clarifies the roster needs.
